Really difficult to get them to communicate w my online pet pharmacy! I've been waiting a week to get a Rx sent so I can get my pet her needed allergy medicine! This is an ongoing issue!

This was my first time using Baycrest Animal Clinic and I was so thrilled with how they treated my sweet bernedoodle Tito. I am glad I was referred to them and I would recommend Baycrest to anyone who wants a vet that truly cares about their animals!
Office staff is terrible and can not keep records straight. Also try to bully you into fixing your pet or will charge extra for services.
