I had actually thought BayCoast was 4 stars but then 2 things happened. The new branch in New Bedford feels so awkward compared to a normal bank and most importantly, no more deposit slips? I like to jot down my account number and tally my checks and my cash. I still need to tell the teller what my account number is...why not just give her a slip!?!?!?
Best bank and best customer service; truly cares about their customers. Highly recommended!
