I would like to thank Kanwal Khan for her professionalism and care, my daughter attended the surgery today to have two teeth extracted and the care she received was absolutely amazing. I can only speak as a NHS patient about my recent appointment, but as a patient, I would expect the bare minimum from a dentist/dental therapist is an Hello when you walk into the room. On this appointment there was no hello, no questions as to why I was returning 2 months after my recent checkup or any niceties. The dental therapist was very unclear, and give the impression she really didnt know what she was talking about.
