Excellent outcome with the least inconvenience ever at a hospital.
I see Dr Rossi, him and his team are awesome, they take their time with you as a patient and seem to honestly care.
Whole crews the best from the manager to the front window and the HBO unit with Olga are all gold standard. I don't say that lightly. Dallas, Val, Steve, Dr. Desta and the rest who I cannot remember their names go above and beyond to help everyone out. They get it done. That is very rare in this day & age. They can teach other departments how it's done. Your not just a patient your family.
All of the Wound Care staff is absolutely phenomenal! They genuinely care for their patience and want to see them heal. I've dealt with many many doctors and care teams and the Bay Care Wound Care team at the South Florida Baptist Hospital is my absolute favorite. I'm forever grateful for their care and kindness through my healing process. I had to do 30 sessions of Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy. Olga is amazing! Dr. Yohannes is my wound care doctor. Office staff is great. You have a few good nurses and one that isn't so great. He is very short when speaking with patients, and he is supposed to be like a dept head or something.. Y'all should get with the ride share company's for your patients that don't drive or have someone that's able to bring them.. I'm supposed to come to wound care once a week but am only able to come once a month if I'm lucky. Someone should really check into this.
