Consistently outstanding medical practices in each office. The staff are conscientious regarding multiple facets of the experience from correcting prescriptions to administering medications and listening to the needs and giving positive feedback. The physicians are excellent at helping each patient, their family members and care givers to live a healthier life and taking the time to listen to the needs and concerns presented! I go to the van Dyke hospital. In there quite a lot! Wanted to say that the staff is the nicest i have encountered during my medical journey. My thanks go out to all the staff!!
ive tried calling multiple times to make an appointment and there is noone to answer the phone.
Upon walking in this office I received zero greeting . The receptionist picked up the phone and said “ can you cover my lunch break “ my appt was for 1pm . Another receptionist who was very nice got my information around 12:55 and said they’ll call you back shortly . At 1:15 I stated I needed to go to work around the corner and would have to leave shortly . At 1:20 I was seen by a medical assistant and he checked my wt and vitals .
