Staff itself great. Radiologist is way outside their job duties. Never ever cancel a doctors orders for imaging and override their decision on what’s best for the patient. BayCare has implemented a new protocol that allows a radiologist to state if they way prior scans or not- THIS IS NOT A LAW, and insurance does not require this many times. This is not putting patients health first, it’s a money scam and should be ashamed. All imaging for me will no longer be through BayCare with their refusal to follow a doctors orders.
Very effiicient and helpful staff. I was a walk-in and was able to get a same day slot for an ultrasound. My Tech Victoria was very friendly and knowledgable. I was in and out in less than 20 min.
The were great, timely, and thorough.
From the front desk to the imaging staff were courteous, informative and explained the procedure in a way that was understandable.
Fast and friendly service, beautiful facility with very easy check-in, even without an appointment! 5 Stars!
