They were all great from checking in to the techs doing the imaging to the checking out, I give them all 10’s! They can’t be beat with their customer service as well as their friendly smiles and kindness to their patients!!
The Imaging services at BayCare Wesley Chapel are the best! The front office staff are extremely pleasant and efficient. Every technician I have encountered at BayCare has always treated me with compassion and care. The techs are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions you have. Every experience I've had, and there have been many, with the Imaging Services at BayCare Wesley Chapel has been top-notch!Friendly, compassionate, professional and efficient staff!
Very satisfied with my visit. The staff explained the process clearly and made the experience easy. I appreciate the care and efficiency.
The personnel were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. However, it takes forever for an image to be viewed and get doctor review. It took 11 working days for last imaging and still waiting on the current imaging.
Everyone at Bay Care Wesley Chapel outpatient was awesome!! My appointment was made very quickly and courteously, the receptionist that checked me in was very, very nice and my CT Scan technician was quick, polite, and went out of her way to accommodate a request
