I had an appointment today for my son at the imaging center took time off from work. I made the appointment over 2 weeks ago no one got authorization/approval for the procedure from my insurance which is THEIR job. Then they wanted me to pay them $2,000 for a procedure that cost less than $1,000 and is fully covered by my insurance. No one cares about my son's health nor that I need to keep the job that provides the health coverage for these services. This is laziness and greed at it's finest.
