I went here initially because my last experience with the lab was great. I got new labs that needed to be done and called this location to verify that they did this test. The person I spoke with advised they did and I would have the results within a day or two which is perfect so I got it done here. I called 2 days later and they advised that they sent my blood work to a lab in California bc they didnt handle this testing and it would take 7-10 days instead. The staff at baycare-New Tampa is absolutely fantastic!! Keila's check in is seamless and Alex, the squeeeeezer, is as gentle as can be. They are so personable and caring you're almost happy it's Mammo Day!!!! There's NO WAIT at the new tampa location...you're in and off to Starbucks in a jiffy.
