Can't get prescriptions filled, no communication from Dr. Reynolds. Have been trying for over 2 weeks to get answers regarding why she's not calling in my prescriptions, but I have to call the office every day to try to find out. Still can't get a reason or get the prescriptions.
I love the new WellMed office. Very nice. Still under construction, so go to the other door. I absolutely love Nakita Louis, NP. She is amazing, kind, listened to me. Had already read my reports. I’m so happy to have her as my DR. The staff was very sweet as well. Her assistant was a sweetheart.
Absolutely the best primary care Physician I have ever had. I've been with Dr. Vieira for over 9 years. His compassion and understanding have always made me feel comfortable
My experience with this practice was wonderful! Especially during these crazy times we are living in. As soon as I pulled up and text the staff that I had arrived they came out with all of my paperwork and explained the entire process. Everyone was practicing social distancing and wearing masks. There are only about 5or6 pages to initial. Then after collecting my paperwork and payment, the Dr came out within 10 min and discussed every step and questions I had.
