Dr. ordered an MRI. Sent me to AKUMIN radiology. I have BayCarePlus Advantage, called the support line, and verified AKUMIN was in-network. Called AKUMIN and verified they were in-network. My copay was $125. ALL VERIFIED. Showed up for my test, and they said they (AKUMIN) were NOT in the BayCare network, and tried to charge me $495 for the test. I walked out, and am now changing Dr.s.
The place is clean, the staff is great, the waiting time was awfull.

Terrible. When scheduling an appointment, they said I had to get a referral. When I did, they blocked my primary phone number only to answer when I called from a different one, in which they then told me that they were booked for the next two months? It is useless to schedule any form of check-up with them as they clearly don't want to do their job.
