The office staff was pleasant and efficient. I can’t say enough about how fantastic Dr. Gayathri Mohanachandran Pillai Geetha Devi! She took her time to talk about all of my concerns and spoke in depth about ways to improve my health that best works with my lifestyle.
Be careful with unnecessary lab orders suggested by your doctor. My insurance refused to pay for them since it’s not necessary. I spoke to Isabel from this office and she said there is nothing they can do about them.
I have been coming here since they opened. The staff is wonderful and wait times are short. There is a BayCare lab and Labcorp here with no waiting for hours. Lastly, there is an Emergency Care using the same entrance. All employees are wonderful.
I should have listened to all of the other negative reviews before deciding to try out this office for a primary doctor. Be sure to ask them how they are billing your insurance. They will try to make you schedule multiple visits to ensure they can bill your insurance multiple times. I would not recommend this office.
