After seeing Jillian to establish a new primary care doctor, I was sent a letter in the mail that I could no longer be a patient as it wasn't "mutually beneficial"... What does that even mean? Also, she refused to address any of my medical concerns and seemed disinterested in providing care.
We have nothing but the highest respect and appreciation forJillian T Gianetti at Bay Care Race Track in Westchase. While we sometimes have very mild misteps with the office team (forgetting to email / followup etc), they are also very thorough and engaged when we are in for appointments. Jillian is stellar. Great advice, excellent listener and does an amazing job with my 96 year old mother as well as my wife and I. Had an appointment booked for a year and they send a TEXT saying my appointment was cancelled. Understandable providers take off. But 11 days before the appointment and there is no appointment available until 6 weeks later. Unacceptable. If the appointment needs to be cancelled a phone call is the appropriate way. Not a text message. Will be looking elsewhere for a primary care.
