Office communication and access via phone: 1/5. Bad. If you want a sick visit try calling their number five times in a row. I have had to communicate with this office on six different occasions and never get a pick up. I have had the doctor call me, request a call back, you call back and no pick up. The office will then call a different number than the one you leave in your message. There’s a 51% chance I will drop my physician here because it is so difficult to communicate with the office. This review is in regards to the billing department. I have been receiving a bill from a visit my daughter had back in September for the past couple months. I’ve been going back back-and-forth with the billing department trying to resolve this issue. They were stating that she had no insurance, but she was covered under TRICARE. After talking to several people for the past several months, nobody could tell me why they are unable to bill TRICARE when my child was and is enrolled.
