Dr. Borden and Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Gracie have always been amazing. They are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about their patients. They are the reason I continue coming to this clinic, and I truly appreciate the excellent care they provide every visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk has not been the same. Dr. Diebold was phenomenal! The nurse who assisted us while waiting for her was very patient. However, the lady (African American) in the front desk was not very entertaining. I felt unwelcomed as if I disturbed whatever she is doing on her computer when I checked in for my child’s appointment. She was not very patient with questions either the fact that she is in the front desk. I get that she might be tired but it is still around 1pm so I suggest she get some customer service training.
