I had a bad fall. Followed by surgery and several doctors visit. Bay Care has been amazing. From the beginning to the end. Great customer care and so much love. They have made my hard journey bearable on days I could barely get thru.

I've been going to Dr. Cooper for years, he is absolutely wonderful. He explains things and procedures thoroughly, with kindness and professionalism. The front desk staff always greet me with a friendly smile. Unfortunately, the new rooming nurse seemed out of place with no bedside manners or any warmth to her tone. She sadly ruined my appointment experience.
Dr. Perez abd staff were efficient and helpful- had a great experience!
