When I arrived in the lobby, Kathy was there to greet me and direct me to the suite for my appointment. I arrived early and rather than waiting for my appointment time, I was seen earlier by the x-ray tech as well as by Dr. William Cooper. I found Dr. Cooper professional, friendly and thorough, he listened to me, asked a few questions and the exam wasn't rushed. The ultrasound-guided cortisone injection was done with little to no pain and hopefully it will resolve some if the issues I've been having.
