It started in the ER at Baycare/St. Joseph's Hospital. From the security people to the intake, nurses, techs and doctors, my experience was 5 stars. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Then I was referred to an orthopedic doctor who got me in so quickly I could hardly blink. Everyone in the office were great. Kudos to Baycare!!!

I have always had good experiences with BayCare. The front desk staff is always pleasant and accommodating..the new office is really nice too! Dr. James is a rock star and is always informative. He explains things very thoroughly which eases my mind and is an amazing surgeon! THANK YOU DR. JAMES!
I want to express my gratitude to Anthony Florschutz's team, especially Diana and Hallie. They went above and beyond to help my mom after she broke her ankle. I contacted many ortho places in Tampa and Diana was so nice - she helped get my mom an appointment even though she did not have her surgery with BayCare. When we went to the two week appointment, Hallie removed my mom's stiches and wrapped her ankle in a cast. She was so nice - every one of the medical team that we spoke to was so nice and so helpful.
