Great when Dr Surti was there the new provider doesn't listen to the parents when asked questions, Didn't listen to the child about his concerns and did go over his chart the way that it was done in the past. I understand change but this left a bad taste for my wife and son
Dr. Neil Surti is, by far, the BEST pediatrician I have ever met. As a physician myself, I have known many specialists and primary care providers and Dr. Surti is exemplary and we have not found anyone to fill his shoes yet. He took care of my kids medical needs for over 12 years now and I have known him for 25 years. He is retiring next week and I feel heartbroken and lost as I have nobody like him, whom I can trust my child’s care to anymore. We will miss him terribly.
