Called me the day of my first prenatal appointment (July 13th) to push me back hours. When i told them I wouldn't be able to make it because my husband and I work overnight, they said their next appointment available would be over a month out (August 17th). I called back numerous times before getting an answer and office staff asked if i'd just like to cancel my appointment. I said yes and she abruptly hung up on me
Dr. Mancini and his staff are amazing, very professional and so friendly. I am very pleased with the care and kindness I receive at this office. The office and the rooms are clean and well kept.
This place is clean , the employees are polite , the doctor and nurse are very professional I recommend this place for every woman that want to make her exams like pap , Bay Care is a good place to take care of your health
Dr Mancini was very professional yet personable and easy to talk to and discuss my plan of care. I made a great choice switching to him as my OB
