I’ve been coming to this clinic for my annual health check as part of my insurance coverage. In the past, I reviewed the results with my doctor at no extra cost. However, this time, after my doctor unexpectedly left the practice, the clinic called and offered a telemedicine visit to review my results — but never disclosed that this would incur a fee. After being late 12 minutes for my appointment Frances L. Gonzalez Gonzalez, MD canceled it not giving me 15 minutes grace period. Should I mention that the waiting room was EMPTY!! This was the 2nd time this office did this, first time it was after 4 minutes.
They took really good care of me, just got my new PCP, they listen to me and we're friendly in reception. The form you have to fill out it's available online and very easy to fill out. Thanks guys!
They don’t care about patients l needed some referrals papers for my doctors they did send some wrong papers and I went 3 times to the office to get correct ones it’s disappointing
