I am always what they refer to as a "hard draw" when it comes to getting blood from my arm. I told the person at the front desk and he was very nice. He passed along the information so when I got called in for the tests the person already knew. She tried but was not successful. I asked if someone else could try and she got the supervisor (I think that's what she called her). She came in and was also very nice and understanding. She got the blood on the first "stick". Imagining reception. Very rude and disrespectful. Waiting room today was all full. Not 1 sear available, we came in to pick up a CD that was aupoose to be ready last week (test saying it's ready) but wasn't really ready, so we came back today. The 2 girls sitting in the cubicles by the desk, one wirh tattoos and another girl with dark hair and blonde streaks, giving not 1, not 2, but several people attitude because the clip board to sign in had nothing to sign and people just wanting to ask a simple question, 1 elderly lady ... read more
