I made an appointment for my son for this morning. He is 13 years old and he has severe autism. BAYCARE LABORATORIES - Hello, it's time to show up at approximately 7:07 am. Check with the front desk when you arrive, at least 10 mins before your visit time. [No Replies] When we arrived at his appointment the tech said she did not want to do his blood work when she looked at him. She asked us to wait for 30 minutes for another tech to come. The staff sitting at the front desk when I checked in didn't even acknowledge me. There were 6 people ahead of me and it said it was going to be 59-75 minute wait!!!!! I expected more from this organization.
Clarissa (sorry I probably didn't spell that right) is sweet and comforting and did a super job taking blood. Great ladies in this office thank you again :)
