My Baycare doctor ordered some labs —I am new to Baycare, and he recommended they be collected at Baycare labs. He said it would be easy. I arrived for my appointment —the woman at the front desk said there were no orders. I will never be able to properly convey the bored, irritated, bordering on hostile attitude of this woman. Couldn’t believe how efficient and courteous the staff there was. Arrived 25 minutes early for blood work and was in and out before my scheduled appointment. They also answer scheduling calls with a real person who is actually helpful
Short wait times and an amazing staff. They professional and friendly.
The technician was very good. She was very quick and gentle through the process.
