Wow idk where to start! Let me just say ... these two ladies went above and beyond for my son Julian. He got There crying and very scared. Somehow they made it work and he left with a smile on his face!!! Thank you for making this stressful time the best one for my son and I. Keep up the amazing job. You guys were born to work with peds 🥰🥰
I have been here many times with my kids and this time I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the women at the check in desk. This blood work had to be done prior to giving my son his seizure medicine and so I made sure there was no one in the waiting room before I signed in to make sure it would not take too long. A family sat at the check in desk for over 25 minutes that I was sitting there. They were there before I even signed in. That does not make any sense.
