Easy and quick check in. The people in the Lab were very professional and friendly.
No matter which BayCare facility I visit, I’m consistently impressed by the exceptional care and professionalism, which is why I keep coming back. During my most recent visit for lab work, I met Lisa Marie, who was absolutely phenomenal. She addressed all of my questions and concerns with genuine empathy. I’m extremely afraid of needles, but she made the experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
Most wonderful lab and staff I have ever dealt with. Fast efficient and wonderfully friendly. Makes blood draws so much more pleasant! Don’t ever feel the butterfly! Amazing! Adriana is a 5 star phlebotomist! Shireen runs the place on time and with care and concern! Love them all!
Gabi and Dariana were helpful, kind, patient, and compassionate. Thank you so much for taking care of me.
