Had a Save Your Spot appointment for 11:16 AM. I was passed over by several that came in after me. I had to notify someone that I was being passed by. I waited 30 minutes to finally have a 2-minute procedure. This has never happened to me before. I noticed several new people working at the lab.
Quick and painless. Lots of experiance with blood draws. Tech was quick and efficient, knew her job well. 5 thumbs up!!!
Technicians were very considerate and professional. I was informed of all steps and introduced to everyone. Very satisfied.
