Staff there is amazing, professional, and very kind. The phlebotomist know how to draw your blood and you hardly notice ! Exceptional and caring staff . every time I go there even recently, they’re always very wonderful! They are organized and they know how to keep the wait times to a minimum.
The lab check-in was efficient and easy. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The lab staff was professional and friendly.
Always a pleasure to have my labs drawn here. My veins are not good, but the ladies in the lab, 99.9% of the time get me one stick only. I do hydrate the day before very well and that helps. The facility is spotless. And as a retired LPN, that is important to me. Another thing that is very helpful is that they have free valet parking those gentlemen run like ninjas.
