Rheumatologist has been trying for over one week to get an Authorization from Bay Care. Bay Care claimed the Dr. had he wrong FAX #. When questioned Dr's office said the FAX # on the P.A.'s business card is the # they used. MY son now must wait over one month for his appt. as no Authorization came. I called Bay Care yesterday morning to see why there is such a problem. Nobody bothered to call me back. My son is the one suffering due to both parties failing to get the Authorization done. Dr. Shaniqua Fisher and nurse Natalie are awesome! One of the few doctors I don't dread going to. And that's saying a lot for me
I was prescribed a medication I am allergic to. A medication I informed the hospital I was allergic to. Meanwhile, I now have no antibiotic for an infection without going to another clinic. I do not have insurance. This has caused me extreme financial distress as I cannot afford another clinic or hospital visit as I do not have insurance or income at this time.
My provider Saira Campos & her medical assistant, Sina, are truly AMAZING. Campos is knowledgeable, caring, & funny. She always makes visits comfortable & easy to talk through. Sina is just as wonderful, sweet, & compassionate. Both create such a warm, welcoming environment. I also want to shout out the GSA team. Every single GSA I’ve met is kind, friendly, & efficient at check-in. I’m so grateful for this whole team & highly recommend BayCare to everyone!
