Always a pleasant experience at this Valrico hub. Elvira did my blood draw, and she's such a sweet caring person, and does a great job, I didn't even feel the stick. Great job Elvira
The doctors and nursing staff are knowledgeable and professional, but Nancy at the front has been a stressful experience for years. Today's example was that I didn't have their office as my PCP on the ID card or a reference number. I said I know I called and scheduled my other daughter 2 days ago and called back with reference number later it's no big deal. She goes no sir I can't schedule you.
