This physician is kind to talk to. He answers questions in ways I could understand. He took the time to talk to me about my surgery and remembered I had another surgery prior to this appointment. I would recommend anyone to go to him for help if needed

Look up the word arrogance and you will see his picture in lights! There's no minus rating high enough for this 'doctor'??? RUN if you get a referral to see him!!! I had to tap on a star or it won't let me post.

I came to him for 2nd opinion on rotary cuff surgery. He walked and said “ you have 15 min of my time and that’s it. Part of the time he talked abt his Dr friends in CA. He did rotary cuff surgery and after a few months and many PT sessions, I could tell it was unsuccessful. This was my 3rd rotary cuff surgery. He became angry. Then when I suggested an MRI to determine he hostily said if that’s what you want, go get one. I did….it was unsuccessful. My husband was at every visit as my witness. This occurred in fall of 2019. First, the speed of getting in for an appointment, I saw Dr Hennigan on the first visit. I received incredible attention from him as well as the whole staff! I was booked for a reverse total shoulder replacement that first visit. They were able to get into surgery in barely over a month. They arranged every single detail of my pre-op testing, all I had to do was show up, this team is a well oiled machine! Saw Dr. Gossman today. Entire staff was very professional and pleasant. Took time to listen and consider options. Nothing was rushed. I was very concerned after reading reviews, but felt I needed to see Dr Gossman before judging. I’m a retired RN from the Medical College… where standards and expectations are high. Dr. Gossman and staff were wonderful in every way. Thank you

In 2013 I broke my ankle in 18 places (fell at work). It was horrific. He managed to save my leg by screwing the fragments together with two large plates (one on tibia, one on fibula) and 15 screws. Some pieces of bone were small and could not be screwed together but he meticulously placed them all together like a very intricate puzzle and carefully monitored my progress. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE We took our 5-month-old in to be seen, per a referral from our pediatrician, for difficulty breathing/clearing nasal passage way. Dr. Gossman had his preconceived notions made up before he even walked in the room. He spent 5 seconds examining her, then plopped down all slouched out in the exam chair and said “she’s fine.”Gave us a 2 minute “she’s okay just let her grown out of it” explanation and that was it.
