Was not told about all the services that were done, until they were performed out of our pocket.
Dr. Schuh performed an extraction effectively and kindly. He was smiley, reassuring and allowed me plenty of nitrous oxide so that I could endure the procedure with minimal anxiety and discomfort. He also performed the same procedure for a family member who had recommended Dr. Schuh to me. This man is strong, a desirable characteristic in someone who removes teeth.
Came in consultation appt. Asked staff why my xrays transferred with a ref. but not medical info Another staff started yelling at me that I have to fill out the paperwork "its state law" asked question again and more yelling. Was ordered to sit down. Dr. Schuh came out & asked me why I was yelling at his staff. I told him I wasnt yelling. He continued loudly with " Bottom line". I stopped him there. Then he demanded I get out and started pushing me...Physically. Unprofessional, and inappropriate
