I saw Dr. Richard Harrison, who I have had previously. He explained my condition, possible treatment, and pros and cons. I concurred with his diagnosis and solution. He was thorough and it was a positive experience.
Dr. Ots and staff were very prompt and efficient. Answered all my questions and always called with updates. Called to check in after procedure.
Dr Harrison is one of a kind! Not only knowledgeable and caring but very impressive. I’ve never encountered a doctor that personally calls patients to discuss test results rather than having nurses and assistants make those calls. He speaks to patients and families in terms that the normal person can understand. I highly recommend and thank him for being the fine doctor that he is!
I made my initial visit with Dr. Eckardt’s PA, Jon Schultz. He was very polite, caring and knowledgeable. He spent the time to explain as best he could from a previous MRI from 2023. He recommended an updated MRI to move forward with the necessary treatment for my pain.
