It took me 3 times longer to park and check in than my less than 5 minute appointment. I could not get a hearing test as my ears had wax buildup. The nurse practitioner came in. Didn't irrigate my ears. Only looked and pulled a little tiny bit of wax out of each ear and said I was good. She mever
I set up an appointment for a specific day because thats the only time I can make it back from college, they rescheduled me. I did it again and they rescheduled me. I finally got in and thought I was good. The problem came back so I recently scheduled an appointment for my break. The day of, they called me and told me they have to reschedule. I don't know why they keep giving me dates if they cant keep them.
I wouldn’t return to this place if my life depended on it. My doctor referred me to an ENT for Eustachain tube dysfunction. When I got there they simply looked in my ears and said, “Nope, you don’t have eustachain tube dysfunction.” I then went back to a doctor at Prevea and she said, “You don’t have eustachain tube dysfunction in one ear you have it on BOTH!” I was so angry I scheduled an appointment with an ENT in Appleton and sure enough I had the problem all along. Im sure the surgeon's are quite skilled. My review is based on my personal perception of right and wrong in business. 1.) 45day wait for consult 2.) 10min total appointment to find out: - Baycare surgeon would only do half the procedure but billing for full - it would have to be a collaboration with my Bellin provider - the total surgery cost for (me) would be $20k+ for something that would cost $12k when a single surgeon can handle it. 3.) received a bill for $675.00 for that 10min disappointment.
Waiting room is probably the least child friendly place I’ve ever been to, for an appointment for my toddler. Expect to spend a lot of time there & be completely ignored by the receptionists as they talk about their own conversations. The providers & services are fine, but children’s hospital is our new go to. Worth the drive.
