I do not recommend you use Baybrook Homes. Their work is shoddy. When we first got our house built and moved in, it leaked! Water would flood in around the windows and under the doors. We have a lot of water damage because of it. Our back door and frame are practically rotted due to poor structure and water damage. We have since had our house painted AND sealed. 12 years later and in the process of having our roof replaced we have discovered that warped wood was used for our roof.
