Whoever answers the phone is rude and their policies are stupid as hell. My wife wasn't happy with the dentist to begin with, but they were the only place to take fidelis/medicaid. Then she missed an appointment in 2021 and again in 2022. Both were due to positive Covid tests so she wasn't ALLOWED to go. But because the appointment dates were within 24 hours she was dismissed and never again allowed to return, even 4 years later. EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS NOT ALLOWED IN THE OFFICE DUE TO A POSITIVE COVID TEST FROM A HEALTH CENTER.... read more
