Baybrook condominiums is a place you wanna stay away from. first off don’t expect to get your deposit back when you move out they will think of all kinds of things to charge you for and don’t even worry about cleaning the condominium because that’s the biggest charge that they Give you. I cleaned it rundown condominium spotless, and they charged me $250 And saying, I did not clean the condominium when I know I did.Too many homeless people walking around through there.The homeowners association people are not taking care of t... read more
Baybrook condominiums is a place you wanna stay away from.Too many homeless people walking around through there.The homeowners association people are not taking care of the property the way they should.Too mini stray cats the gentleman in unit 141 feed the Stray cats. I wouldn’t live anywhere near unit 141. I would actually stay away from this condominium. Mark Evan is on the board so don’t let his review for you. They have a lot of empty units there.
I’ve been a owner at BayBrook Condos for over 20 years. BayBrook Condos are a great location for BayBrook Mall with plenty of Restaurants and Entertainment. Very close to 45 with out being on 45. Located in the CCISD school district. Just a short distance from the Medical Center, Space Center, Ellington Air Force base, and Houston SpacePort. A great location! CCISD is one of the best school districts. Close to Medical facilities, shopping, entertainment, & Restaurants. Seabrook, Galveston, Kemah, great weekend destinations close by. Seafood markets are exceptional. A small friendly community where Neighbors look out for each other. Condominium Owners have quarterly meetings and attend to community needs.
