Horrible. All promises, slick, fast talker, constantly took our money. Lost in court "I never Lose against Banks". We lost our house and he took PILES of cash out of ourwallet, (even after he knew we lost). Took more money for some brilliant appeal he cooked up that was a huge waste of money, Judge would not even look at it. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with him. Not trustworthy at all. Censured for his conduct by the Florida Bar in 2018. Very bad reputation now. DO NOT USE!

I spoke with the attorney about my situation, and he basically told me I was wasting his time and my own time trying to pursue compensation for what happened. He also told me he would have to take more than the traditional 33% because of how small the payout would be, to make it worth his while. I decided not to use his advice, pursued rightful compensation on my own and received over $35k when he said at best I would get $6k before his fees.
