My daughter has been a patient of Baybird for the past two years, Dr. Patel and her staff have exceeded all expectations. The medical field could learn a lot from Dr. Patel and her staff about how to treat people. They deserve 10 stars!!

Sophia’s calm but friendly demeanor and knowledge of orthodontic treatment makes her a gem in her role to assist Dr. Patel at Baybird. Great place to get a great smile. Also special thanks to Shannon and Dr. Patel for working with me to make my smile great. Dr. Patel took me on as a transfer patient with pre-existing adult braces that were on for years prior to us meeting. She assumed that risk and it has resulted in a beautiful smile. Thank you all so much!
Dr Patel met us on Saturday morning when the office was closed because my child bit down on his space maintainer and bent it and it was cutting his gum. She took the matter very seriously and was there opening her office for us in less than an hour. You couldn’t ask for better service. She is always so considerate to my autistic child’s sensory needs and she’s the only doctor that he doesn’t fear. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
