Last year these guys charged me for an account they told me would be closed. Thankful to ACTUALLY be closed with them. And thankful for the only kind woman I've ever had at Baybank, who was the one ironically closing my account for real this time. They just seem real shady for a bank, and I will never bank with them again.
Terrible customer service. Dealing with a death in the family and trying to move funds to this bank but will not accept legal money.
As a Realtor it’s very important for my clients to have a good mortgage lender to work with. And Baybank really excels with their mortgage department. Thank you for being there for my clients every step of the way.
Jamie Frost would not return calls and I found her to be very judgmental. I went with a different bank for a mortgage. Maybe Jamie should look at herself and see if she has any humility within herself. I was vey disappointed and started this process in June. I would of preferred to deal with a straight shooter. I would never recommend this bank and glad I learned from this experience. Ann
