Loved Dr Kecia Gerlach. She made me so comfortable and was so friendly. She explained everything clearly and spoke to me throughout the checkup and put me at ease. Her office was also very friendly and attentive.
Dr Gerlach is easily the best gyno I’ve ever had, and have seen her the last 3 years. She is so clear about what she’s doing before she does it, why, and what to expect. In the past I dreaded my yearly appt because I knew it would be uncomfortable and a bit painful, but no more. Plus being in Chinatown means I get to treat myself to boba and buns afterwards!
This was my first time at this practice and I can't say enough good things about them! Dr. Gerlach is wonderful. She is very patient and kind - explains everything - made the visit at comfortable for me as possible. Staff are lovely as well.
Dr. Rohde was very patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and she made me feel comfortable asking questions. I really appreciated how attentive and thorough she was. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend her.
