Kara Swasey provides outstanding, timely, and thorough representation. She was extremely helpful and efficient in handling my family court needs. I highly recommend her if you need family court representation and help with navigating the ins/outs of the process. Absolutely outstanding!
I would be very cautious about using Thad Bracegirdle at this firm. He filed a litigation case recently and was not responsive at all (missed every single deadline he proposed by a lot). Most importantly, however, he missed a key aspect of the case which resulted in an embarrassing withdrawal of the litigation. To top it off, he kept the entire fee amount. If you are going ahead with litigation you want to go to war with the best general possible. I would not recommend him in any battle!
