It’s too bad google doesn’t allow for 0 star reviews. My family and I are extremely unpleased with the service of Bayani Commercial. My parents sent just under 40 boxes back in October 2025. They have been unable to reach anyone in Manila, after I came to the Silverdale office not once but twice and now I’m here a 3rd time because my family has been given the run around on the location of their boxes. I don’t know what happened to my 3 large Balikbayan boxes from October 2025, they told me it will be delivered within a month and a half, then they said 3 months, it’s about March 2026, almost 5 months and my family hasn’t received them yet. I’ve called many times, no answer, no response from the voicemails that I’ve left, calls just goes straight to recording on both of their numbers. No tracking provided. Where the hell is our balikbayan box? No tracking number was provided and when you call them, the call just goes to voicemail. I've tried LOGO and LBC and had no problems. Stay away from Bayani Commercial.
