My first Rolex purchase was from Bayam Jewelry and I can’t say enough good things about them, from the quality of my watch, to the promptness in honoring my warranty and repairing my watch and return my reference swiftly. I look forward to my next Rolex from Bayam Jewelry, they are everything they say they are!
Fantastic!! It was a seamless, pleasant transaction!
I had a great experience purchasing my Rolex watch from this seller! I was so happy to find the exact model I had been looking for. We visited their office in Manhattan to purchase the watch in person, and everything went smoothly. The seller was extremely friendly, professional, and trustworthy, making us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. We truly appreciate their kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
I had a really wonderful experience purchasing a watch here. Recently I got my first Cartier watch and they have great selection of watches and jewelry. Everyone was welcoming and helpful and the whole process was so smooth. Definitely recommend checking them out!
So very pleased with my watch and the purchasing experience Mark provided. He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I FaceTimed with Mark to see the piece I was interested in and he was able to answer all of my questions. Afterwards we texted as I came up with other questions and he was responsive, courteous and kind. Thank you so much!
