Terrible communication and very poor service - they refuse to book an appointment in at all - even in 3 weeks time - all smoke and mirrors - it’s a different timeline every call. The appointment scheduler refuses to schedule an appointment for a service - this makes no sense at all.

The team at Bay Air Conditiining fitted Braemar Airconditioning units in our bedrooms and we couldn't be happier. Units are quiet and efficient, at night we use them in dehumidifier mode and it is fantastic. From the friendly admin staff, knowledgeable technicians, service provided, product recommendations, supplied units and installation we are very happy and grateful.
