Daughter was sent home with a referral for a transplant patient and got a call 4 days after saying the office would call me to set up a visit . We are two weeks out and still no phone call. Would never recommend again. Working in nursing industry this is awful to drop the ball on such a risky patient
My awesome occupational therapist, Diana, from Bayada Home Health Care, Jamison, PA - Adult Nursing out of lehighton!! This is one of the many reasons I'm so biased about what company gets referred to my case for ANY home care! Other places I've had treat you like a cow going to the slaughter house, barely making eye contact, and rush out as quickly as they came in and 90% of the medical personnel have the bedside manner of a rattlesnake.
