I’m so thankful that Bayada Home Health Care and Bayada Hospice were taking care of my parents. They went above and beyond to provide excellent care and treated us like family. My father was touched how they honored him for serving in the military. I’m very grateful to the hospice nurse who took care of mother. She was very compassionate as well as knowledgeable and she helped me and my father tremendously in my mother’s final days.
There should be an Option for less then zero stars when rating Bayada. The Bayada sales pitch compared to what they actually deliver is night and day. They’ll sign you right up so they can start billing Medicare for top $$$. but when they lose too many staff members, be prepared for them to throw your loved one off hospice and discharge them. They have extremely high staff turnover and nursing staff actively complained to my mom about how awful it was to work there and how overwhelmed snd overworked they are. She’s had over ... read more
Their sales pitch is better than their actual service. They have limited nurses and CNA's the communication isn't consistent. There have been emergencies where nurses were no show or there were hours from even calling or showing up. I wish I'd never signed my love one up for this hospice service!

This review is long overdue. Couldn’t say enough good things about bayada hospice. They went above and beyond for BOTH of my grandparents. Their care and compassion was exceptional. Even during med challenges and worsening of dementia they went above was what expected to make sure we understood and the best care was received. Diane was a gem ❤️ she’s since moved to the Frederick office but my goodness she was a God send ❤️❤️❤️ Ronnie made intake so much less stressful than I’d ever imagined it would be.
