My mom received services with this company and the care from these so called skilled nurses were severely lacking. It seemed like Larnie was the only skilled nurse who actually cared and did his job with competency. And calling the admission nurse was completely pointless because she never knew anything or was able to give any solutions to anything. I would not recommend this home health company to anyone but that shouldn't be a shock since they are affiliated with Bayhealth
As a worker of Bayada I love it here. I read reviews and you’re not always going to find great people but that’s everywhere. This place allows you to pick your own hours and pick up extra if needed. They also offer classes which save nurses a lot of money when it comes to CPR renewal etc. They bundle your insurance at a reasonable price and it’s not crappy insurance it’s GREAT insurance for me and my boy! I would not recommend BAYADA to anyone who values their time or their family's well-being. They show a complete lack of concern for patience and are dismissive when it comes to addressing issues. When concerns are raised, they simply brush them off without taking them seriously, which is both frustrating and irresponsible. Overall, it’s been a disappointing experience, and I can't trust them with anything that requires attention or care.
