My experience with this company, particularly with their nurse Nicola, was nothing short of infuriating and deeply distressing. I would not recommend BAYADA to anyone who values their time or their family's well-being. They show a complete lack of concern for patience and are dismissive when it comes to addressing issues. When concerns are raised, they simply brush them off without taking them seriously, which is both frustrating and irresponsible. Overall, it’s been a disappointing experience, and I can't trust them with anything that requires attention or care.
If you care about your loved one, seeking quality care and want them to be cared for like you would care for them, DO NOT send them here. They do not care about their patients and provide medical diagnosis’ that they are not qualified to provide. They are also extremely unprofessional and lack accountability. Would not recommend!
