I am so grateful to BAYADA, their caregivers and ALL staff members, for the excellent care they provided for my husband this past year. My husband was in a Nursing Facility with Parkinson's and Cancer. We needed extra help due to specific issues from the Parkinson's. I highly recommend Bayada for those in need of home care. The office staff communicates clearly and consistently, and the caregivers are dependable and truly compassionate. I can certainly affirm that our helpers from Bayada are both competent and caring, but that is something I would expect from any good provider. What I think sets the Bayada caregivers apart from others is that they understand the “art’ of caregiving: establishing a “rapport”with the patient that gains the their trust, confidence and willing cooperation. When I see that patient/caregiver rapport in action I am comfortable leaving my wife with her Bayada caregiver and taking a break for myself…so that is also caring for ME.
