All the staff we met were pleasant and helpful.
While visiting a close friend today. It was noticed that the nurse to patient ratio needs to be addressed. It appeared that the rehab patients were just left in the wheelchair at the bedside by Physical therapy staff and were not able to get into the bed by themselves. Nursing staff and CNA's had only 1 Hoyer lift on the Ward to transfer patients back to bed. It takes 2 staff to move the patient and the Nurse Manager had to come from her office and assist the CNA moving my friend and his roommate to their beds. I'm a 25yr VA... read more
