Extremely dismissive, rude, and unwilling to help. My primary care sent a script several days ago and the primary care office received confirmation that the pharmacy received the script. However, when calling them today to inquire about the script they told me I am not in their system and the primary care office obviously sent it to the wrong place and to make sure they “send it to the right place this time”.
