We lived on this property for 3 years, owned our home from November 2021-November 2024. The property management company gives out a huge rule book when you move in. Residents don't follow it. Management doesn't enforce it either. There's really no point to it because ppl just do what they want. There's no accountability. The office is helpful but it takes work to get anyone to do anything. Garbage is left on streets for months at a time until it basically disintegrates on it's own lol.
