Had an excellent experience with Bay Water. They re-piped my entire house after discovering a slab leak. Work was fast and installation was done carefully with minimal wall openings. Alvaro was great at ensuring everything was done to good standards. All passed city inspection, and the new system works great. Pricing was competitive. Overall, a great plumbing contractor that cares about their service.

I had a great experience with Bay Water Plumbing. I had a leak in my kitchen faucet. It was an easy process to make an appointment. The plumber was friendly and very helpful and came during the allotted window of time I was given. He walked me through exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote up front so there were no surprises. He did a great job and my faucet is working great now. I highly recommend Bay Water Plumbing!

My AO SMITH water heater stopped running. Tommy from Bay Water Plumbing came to repair it. He nailed down the complicated problem by pinpointing a faulty switch quickly! He then came back later with the part and started to replace the switch. Now the water heater is working. Tommy is a very good technician who is very knowledgeable, capable and professional. Thank you Tommy. You are the best technician! A+ I will recommend Bay water plumbing to my friends.

Contacted Bay Water and they got someone out the same day! Lucky me! Tommy was very courteous, profesional and explained everything to expect well. Both of my bathroom sinks were not draining and he cleared them up quick! Keep up the great work Tommy! I highly recommend Bay Water Plumbing!
