Great service overall! Tommy was very helpful and was able to resolve all the plumbing issues at our house. If you have questions or need to schedule something, it’s best to call them instead of texting. The only small issue we had was with the appointment window. We were told the technician would arrive between 1 to 3 PM, but he actually arrived around 10:30-ish AM. As always Bay Water Plumbing and Alvaro are super reliable! My broken water heater was replaced within an hour, highly recommend this all star team.
Great service by Alvaro and Team. They installed water softner with RO. Took care of the whole setup with ease and I had a tricky plumbing system, they were able to provide alternate options and completed the work. Really happy with their service!
